Car theft in Traralgon

Police are investigating after a car was stolen on Connaught Way in Traralgon between Monday night and Tuesday morning.

The 2007 white Subaru Liberty was locked when it was taken from the property.

Princes Highway collision

A woman was taken to Latrobe Regional Hospital with minor injuries following a collision on the Princes Highway in Traralgon on Tuesday.

Two cars allegedly collided at about 1.20pm after a driver attempted to enter the eastbound traffic and allegedly failed to give way at the intersection of the Princes Highway and John Street.

The car rolled multiple times.

Aside from the woman taken to hospital for observation, there were no other injuries.

Missing teenagers

Police are calling for public assistance to locate two missing teenage boys.

Fourteen-year-old Jayson Lavell-Christie was last seen on January 3 in the Morwell area and is known to frequent the Morwell, Moe or Warragul areas.

Fourteen-year-old Deegan Dalrymple was last seen on January 2 in the Traralgon area.

Deegan is known to frequent Morwell and Traralgon areas.

Police have concerns for Jayson and Deegan's welfare due to their age.

Anyone who sees them or has knowledge of their whereabouts is urged to contact Morwell Police Station on 5131 5000.

Car fire

Police are investigating after a car was set alight at Maryvale.

Police believe the fire was started about 5.30am on Tuesday on Derhams Lane in Maryvale.

Investigations are ongoing and police are calling for witnesses to come forward.

Bin fire

Witnesses are being sought after a bin was set alight in Traralgon.

Police believe the fire started between 4.30 and 5.30am on Tuesday on Seymour Street.

The Country Fire Authority was called to the scene and the fire was contained to the bin.
