Sale-Maffra, which was in the box seat, fell to third after a defeat to Traralgon after going all out for 80, while former Sale-Maffra player Adrian Burgiel made 79 against his old teammates.
Bairnsdale put in a poor performance against Warragul at the Wy Yung turf, making 76 in reply to Warragul's 177.
Leongatha captain Jason Wilson made 99, as it piled on 314 for 5 against Alberton at the Wonthaggi turf.
Traralgon will now face Leongatha in a senior final at Western Park on Sunday, 5 February, while the under 18s will be Leongatha v Traralgon at Eastern Park, and Sale-Maffra and Bairnsdale will do battle at Hallora in the under 16s.
